All products and goods sold at the market must be made or
grown in Vermont by the vendor. Products cannot be brought in and resold.
The Williston Village Farmers’ Market is covered by a limited liability insurance policy. Each vendor must fill out a product liability release form and are encouraged to carry liability insurance.
The allocation of space to vendors will be decided by the market manager and when established, the Board of Directors. Spaces are 10 feet square. Additional space can be reserved for a fee, pending availability.

Vendors provide:
tables/cloths, chairs, trash receptacles,
signs and labels, legal for trade scales, bags,
administrative supplies, and adequate change.

Please remove all trash and belongings at the close of the market.
All vendors are expected to participate for the entire market time,
in support of other vendors and consumers.
Vendors are responsible for state taxes and regulations.
