   From The Ground Up Bakery, Burlington VT.  From the Ground Up is a home-based gluten-free bakery based in Burlington Vermont.  We offer Community Supported Bakery (CSB) shares of breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert items all gluten-free and with whole grains.  We mill all our sorghum, millet, rice and buckwheat flours regularly in our own kitchen with our low heat grain mill.  We are committed to sourcing as many local products as possible.
